(18:44) TWIN LAKES STATE BEACH – Santa Cruz county supervisors have approved a nearly 5 million dollar contract to improve coastal access to Twin Lakes State Beach. The work is expected to make it easier for people with disabilities, pedestrians, bicyclists, and other vehicles. The work will be done between 5th and 7th Avenues, connecting the California Coastal Trail with the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail….in unincorporated Santa Cruz county.
