(18:27) SACRAMENTO- After four years of drought the state has launched a website for citizens concerned about water waste. The ongoing drought has caused California to implement a series of restrictions on water uses, many of them punishable by fines. Now residents can anonymously upload photos or tips of blatant water wasting or broken and leaky public utilities. Over 300 local agencies have signed on to receive notifications from the site. Residents can upload their concerns confidentially at: savewater.ca.gov/ .
