(11:12) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man running for city council has bee arrested on suspicion D-U-I. Authorities say that 64 year old James P. Davis failed a field sobriety test after he was involved in a minor traffic accident on Ocean Street Thursday night. Davis, who submitted to a blood test, proclaims his innocence. Results of the test should be released within two weeks.
