(10:34) SALINAS – The City of Salinas is looking for volunteers to serve on the Board of Appeals. The board consists of five members and addresses matters pertaining to building standards. The board also consists of two alternate members and three adjunct members. All applicants must be Salinas residents and knowledgeable of California Building Standards Codes and related local ordinances. The board meets on an on-call basis.
