(11:18) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz County Public Works invites the public to participate in corridor and active transportation workshops. There will be four workshops to help develop mixed-use corridor plans for Mission, Ocean, and Water Streets and Soquel Avenue, as well as planning improvements to the City’s bike and pedestrian system. The first workshop will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Louden Nelson Community Center in Santa Cruz. Subsequent workshops will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 on Sept. 9 at Bayview Elementary School, Sept. 15 at Branciforte Small Schools, and Sept. 22 at Gault Elementary School.
