(16:44) SOLEDAD- Soledad police arrested a man suspected in an attempted double homicide in July. 20 year old Isaiah Chavez was taken into custody on Tuesday for the July 31st incident on West Street where it is alleged that Chavez opened fire on two men standing in a garage. No one was injured in the shooting. Investigators recovered a stolen at the residence where Chavez was apprehended.
