(11:00) Salinas – Salinas City Councilman, Steve McShane, announced a special traffic calming meeting will be held this evening. The event is free to the public and will feature a presentation on traffic calming solutions, specifically to Amborse Drive in South Salinas. The meeting was created in response to a recent increase in speeding in Salinas. The meeting will be from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Salinas City Hall Rotunda, 200 Lincoln Street.
