(17:41) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The adoption rates for the cats and kittens currently living at the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter have been lowered. That’s due to the overabundance of felines there right now. The special rates are $60 for kittens under a year old, $35 for 1-6 year-old cats, and $20 for cats older than 6 years-old.
