(07:40) MONTEREY COUNTY – An inmate at Salinas Valley State Prison has pleaded guilty to murdering his cellmate. Officials say 30-year-old Joshuwa Vinyard strangled his cellmate in 2011. Vinyard had been previously convicted of battery and threatening an executive officer. He was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on Friday. (S.G.)
