(09:32) SAN BENITO COUNTY – The body of a man found in Panoche Valley last week has been identified. 29-year-old Eleazar Roman Cruz of Oceanside was found dead alongside Panoche Road on Thursday. Investigators believe Cruz was shot and then dumped at the site. The investigation is ongoing. (S.G.)
