(11:44) WATSONVILLE – The Agricultural History Project is reviving its popular Ag Talk series this week. 2015 Ag Talks will include three lectures on aspects of Central Coast agricultural history. The first lecture titled “Melting Pot or Meat Grinder? An overview of human migrations into the Central California coast,” will provide an overview of the region’s human migrations past and present and discuss the mythology of the melting pot. The lecture will take place at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds Agricultural History Project Codiga Center & Museum in Watsonville at 7 p.m. on Wednesday August 19. Tickets are $3 for members and $5 for nonmembers, and can be purchased at the door.
