(06:50) Santa Cruz – A driver was arrested after he led a deputy on a car and foot chase on Monday night in Santa Cruz. The driver, Johannes Valenzuela, had a fake license plate and a stolen bike worth 3-thousand 500 dollars in the bed of the truck. Valenzuela was booked into jail on several charges including felony evading, possession of stolen property and a parole violation.
