(17:06) MONTEREY- The Monterey Peninsula’s car week attracted thousands of spectators over the weekend. This year the city of Monterey deployed extra parking enforcement officers, not to write tickets but to help with signage and to help tourist find the venues they were looking for. The strategy came about after a study showed that almost 60 percent of people that attend car week are from out of Monterey County.
