(17:36) MOSS LANDING- A Moss Landing woman has been charged with 3 counts of felony and misdemeanor animal abuse. The Monterey County DA’s office filed charges against 56 year old Dena Elizabeth Rissel after being forward a report from the SPCA. The SPCA rescued 105 animals from Rissel’s Dolan Road residence, calling it the worst case of neglect to date in the county. Rissel is due back in court on August 18th
