(16:35) CALIF.- Calfire announced the northern California Rocky Fire is now fully contained. The agency says the fire which burned almost 70,000 acres was finally brought under control on Friday. The blaze destroyed 43 homes, 53 outbuildings and damaged eight other structures. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined. Calfire has over 13,000 firefighter deployed at 17 fires across the state.
