(18:02) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office Coroner’s Unit has released the autopsy report for 8 year old Madyson Middleton. The report states that the girl was stabbed in the neck, but died from positional asphyxiation caused by being wedged into a recycling bin. 15 year old A. J. Gonzales ahs been charged as an adult for the July 26th rape and murder of Middleton.
