(07:35) MONTEREY – A whale is expected to recover after being trapped in the Monterey Harbor Tuesday. The young Minke whale was injured after being caught underneath a boat slip for three hours. Multiple agencies, including the U.S. Coast Guard and the Monterey Fire Department, eventually freed the whale. They remained on scene until the whale fully exited the harbor. (S.G.)
