(18:40) MONTEREY BAY – The cargo ship that was anchored off the coast of Natural Bridges this afternoon has since moved further out to sea. The ship, which came from Hong Kong (and is bound for the Port of Oakland) was initially anchored about 4 miles out, but after being contacted by the Coast Guard, they moved out to 10 miles (in accordance with the law). They are not due into the Port of Oakland for another few days.
