A 21 year-old woman has reported that a man tried to rape her last month in Salinas. She says the incident took place around 7:10 p-m on November 28th……on the 600 block of Hartnell Street, along the fence-line of the Hartnell College track. She described her attacker as a 5-foot 7-inch tall, 19-20 year-old, Hispanic man, with a heavy build and prescription glasses, but without any facial hair. Anyone with any information on this case is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
