AT&T Phone Carrier Issues in Carmel- 12/02/14 9:15 S.S.

KSCO has received a number of reports that AT&T customers in the Carmel area are not being able to call Comcast phone customers in the same area. The issue reportedly started yesterday afternoon, and AT&T is working to resolve the problem.
