Seaside Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating an at risk man. 45 year old David Anh Ngo is a dependent adult who suffers from mental health issues and has the mental capacity of a juvenile. A tracker he was wearing has since been located on the former Fort Ord. Ngo is an Asian male, 5-foot-8-inches, 120 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a dark windbreaker jacket, and jeans. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Seaside Police
