A 23-year-old man was arrested in salinas monday on multiple charges. That, after osvaldo diaz allegedly assaulted someone on the 7-hundred block of holly street. diaz fled from salinas police officers that responded to the 1:30 p.m. incident. Officers caught up to him, and arrested him for battery, resisting arrest, drug possession, and other charges.
