Representatives for Central coast artist thomas kinkade entered a plea of no contest today, on DUI charges. Kinkade had previously pleaded not guilty to charges that he drove drunk on june 11th in the carmel area. 52-year-old kinkade was sentenced to 10-days in jail, as well as 9-months of a DUI recovery program. He was also fined more than 18-hundred dollars, and was given 5-years of informal court probation.
