The winners of the 2017 Congressional Art Competition for the 20th congressional district have been announced. The first place winner (for her black and white photograph “La Vieja”) is Carmel high school sophomore, Korenna Fife. the second place winner was “Gloria’ by Aeja Rosette, a junior at San Benito high school. Third place award went to junior Seon Ha Yun a student at Stevenson’s school in Pebble Beach. Fife’s piece will be displayed in the corridors of the capitol in Washington.
