A man and a woman were arrested in connection with series of Monterey County burglaries and thefts. Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies arrested the two on Tuesday morning at a storage facility near the Monterey Regional Airport. The two allegedly stole thousands of dollars in property and mail over the last few months.
