An Aptos man was arrested yesterday afternoon. 44 year-old Charles Russell reportedly had a gun in his hand when he threatened another man (while they were waiting for a weekly food distribution at Twin Lakes Church). Russell then left the scene, and was found a short time later. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on 2 Felony charges, and 2 Misdemeanor charges.
