Scotts valley police Officers arrested a business owner on Saturday, after they say he had illegal material on his computer. Officers were patrolling the kings village shopping center, when they entered the television repair business. The owner was sleeping, and officers say they could see the illegal images in plain view. After obtaining a search warrant, 62-year-old Aladdin Winchester was arrested. He could also be facing charges of possession of methamphetamine. Winchester was booked into santa cruz county jail, and his computers were seized.
