a MAn was arrested in motel parking lot IN MARINA early this morning. that after marina police officers noticed him throwing baggieS (of WHAT TURNED out to be mEthamPhEtAmine) away when he saw them. when officers checked 21 year-old joseph caldwell’s motel room, THEY FOUND EVEN MORE narcotics. caldwell was booked into monterey county jail.
