An arraignment for a man who shot at C.H.P. Officers last month has been re-scheduled. That’s because 24 year-old Ari Gold’s attorney says Gold is paralyzed and still in the hospital. Gold has been charged with felony assault with a semi-automatic weapon on a peace officer. Gold is now scheduled to appear in a Monterey county court room October 10th.
