The arraignment for a 34 year-old man accused of sexually abusing a Watsonville boy 12 years ago has been postponed until next week. Hector Gonzalez Bermudez was initially scheduled to be arraigned yesterday, but Santa Cruz County judge Paul Marigonda has postponed the arraignment until February 10th, so attorneys have more time to review the case. Bermudez faces 6 counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14.
