The arraignment, for a Live Oak man who turned himself in Friday, has been delayed. 41-year-old Luke Logan has been charged with felony manslaughter and felony hit-and-run, in connection with the December 26th death of a man who was riding a bicycle on Soquel Avenue. Logan could face a possible sentence of 17 years in prison, if he is convicted on all of the charges against him. The man who died in the accident was 63-year-old Jose Adan Lainez.
