A Merced county man has been arrested in connection with last week’s sexual assault of a disabled woman in south Monterey county. Reportedly, the 60 year-old previously-deported felon, who was also an unregistered sex offender, knew his victim. Due to enhancements, his bail has been set at 1 million dollars.
