A 36-ACRE WILDFIRE, THAT OCCURRED SATURDAY IN AROMAS, IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY VEHICLE EXHAUST. THE BLAZE, WHICH TOOK PLACE NEAR HIGHWAY 101 AND COLE ROAD, ACROSS FROM THE RED BARN, THREATENED A NUMBER OF STRUCTURES, AND LED TO THE CLOSURE OF BOTH SIDES OF HIGHWAY 101 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED, AND NO STRUCTURES WERE DAMAGED.
