The Arizona nurse facing child sexual assault charges has been booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. 30 year old Emily Stephens will be arraigned on nine felonies linked with sodomy, lewd acts and copulation with children in Superior court this morning (Friday). Stephens was housed in a special jail observation unit along with Neurosurgeon 57 year old James Hohut and Watsonville nurse, 43 year old Rashel Brandon. The three defendants could spend up to three years in the cells while undergoing legal proceedings.
