The Aptos woman charged with the murder of her husband was in court on Friday. 51 year old Amanda Owens reportedly fatally stabbed Thomas Owens during an August 24th argument over finances. Owens, who is out of jail on 1 million dollars bail, entered a plea of not guilty. Her attorney is calling the incident a tragic case of self defense. Owens will be back in court on Friday seeking supervised visits with her children.
