An Aptos man returns to court today after being charged with killing his parents over the summer. 40-year old James Henderson is accused of running over and killing his 71-year old father Joseph Henderson on the front yard of their home on June 30th prior to entering the residence where he beat his 68-year old mother Edyth Henderson to death. A judge will decide today if there’s enough evidence to send Henderson to trial. He faces life in prison if convicted.
