Authorities in Illinois announced that state police arrested an Aptos resident last week. 27-year-old Thomas Debakker Junior was taken into custody near the city of Highland, after he was pulled over for speeding. A police dog allegedly detected about 72-pounds of marijuana in the vehicle. Debakker was booked into Madison county jail, where he remained jailed on Sunday with bail set at 200-thousand dollars.
