an aptos man was arrested wednesday on suspicion of lewd acts with 3 napa county teens. 26 year old justin noel lopez is accused of meeting 3 separate 14 year old boys online, before meeting them in person and engaging in sexual relationships. he was arrested at his aptos home on wednesday, and booked into santa cruz county jail on nearly 2 dozen felony charges. he awaits transportation to napa county. investigators believe there may be more victims who have not come forward yet.
