The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office investigated a threat against Aptos High School over the weekend. Authorities say that Sunday afternoon, the Sheriff’s was alerted of a possible threat to the campus posted on social media. Deputies identified a 14 year old male student as the author of the post and conducted an in depth inter view of the teen. It was determined that the post was a joke and their was no credible threat of violence.
