An Aptos man is accused of gathering, and distributing, child pornography on-line. 19 year-old Ryan Michael Spencer, who graduated from Aptos High School last year (and has reportedly been working to become an elementary school teacher), was found to have more than 10-thousand illicit pictures and videos on an external harddrive. Spencer, who volunteered at a variety of programs around the county, faces several related charges.
