(06:04) SALINAS – One man was killed and another critically injured in two separate shootings in Salinas Wednesday. The first incident occurred around 11 a.m. on the 900 block of Acosta Plaza. Officials say 17-year-old Felipe Rocha Sandoval was shot multiple times outside an apartment complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The second shooting occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on the 500 block of Mae Avenue. A 36-year-old man was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital and is undergoing surgery. Both shootings are under investigation. (S.G.)
