(07:00) Central Coast – The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for today through tomorrow. Winds are expected to 20 to 40 miles per hour along the coast and 50 to 60 miles per hour in higher elevations. Impacts could result in downed trees and downed power lines, as well as difficulty driving. The High wind warning starts at 8 p.m. tonight and will be in effect until 5 a.m. tomorrow.
