(19:35) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A man, suspected of committing 3 bank robberies in the last few weeks, has been identified. 53 year-old Randall Scott Dowling was caught on video surveillance footage robbing an the Santa Cruz County Bank in Aptos on Monday, and the Comerica Bank on 41st Avenue (twice in 5 days) last month. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office.
