(08:45) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz Police Department is seeking the public’s help with a hit and run fatality that took place last February. The incident took place on February 6, near the intersection of Seabright Avenue and Broadway in Santa Cruz. The Victim, 26 year-old Bianca Zipper of Australia, was on vacation with her husband when she was hit by a car and killed. Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to call the Santa Cruz Police Department.
