(09:35) Watsonville – A graffiti arrest was made this morning in Watsonville. The incident took place at 8:00 this morning at a vacant department store on Main street. An officer spotted three suspicious males loitering around Pacific Coast Development. 19 year-old Issac Pena was arrested for vandalism. The other two males were released at the scene. Pena was issued a misdemeanor citation and released from the police department pending a court date.
