(11:00) An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-month-old girl from the San Francisco Bay Area. Mountain View police reported that the father, 45-year-old Michael Wallin, took his daughter, Madilyn Wallin, last night. Michael Wallin is driving a blue 2007 Nissan Altima with paper plates. Police are treating the case as an abduction.
