(18:55) MARTIN’S BEACH – A Silicon Valley investor got some good and bad news today. The 1st District Court Of Appeals In San Francisco agreed that people can’t legally cross Vinod Khosla’s property to get to Martin’s Beach. That said, the court also reversed the part of the dispute that the previous owners of Martins Beach dedicated the road leading to the beach for permanent public use by charging a parking fee, operating a convenience store, and advertising that the beach was open to the public. That part of the dispute will be brought back to the Hall Of Justice in Redwood City for trial.
