(12:30) Salinas – A homeless man was found not guilty of second-degree murder and assault. 46 year-old Benjamin Mboso was on trial after he and another homeless man, Brian Todd, got into an altercation in the Salinas Chinatown. Todd fell to the ground and hit his head causing him to lapse into a coma. A doctor who treated Todd, reported that his blood alcohol was .40, five times the legal limit in California. After a three day trial and reviewing the surveillance video, the jury found Mboso guilty of one count of misdemeanor battery.
