(07:22) PACIFIC GROVE – Pacific Grove residents will vote on a rezoning initiative in a special election on Tuesday. Measure X would alter the American Tin Cannery property on Ocean View Boulevard for the development of the Project Bella hotel. Voters can cast their ballots from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Pacific Grove Adult School, the Pacific Grove Community Center, the First Church of God, and the Pacific Grove Baptist Church. The city’s Chamber of Commerce will provide transportation for anyone who needs help getting to polling places. (S.G.)
