(10:25) Santa Cruz – The California Highway Patrol reported a hit in run this morning in Santa Cruz. The incident took place at 2:30 a.m. on 41st and Soquel. A silver Sedan was on its side when CHP arrived. The driver and passenger were uninjured. The driver of the other vehicle has not yet been located.
